This in from the State Police

New Lebanon, New York - State Police from the New Lebanon barracks are seeking the public’s assistance to help locate two missing Berkshire Farm residents. The boys were reported missing to police on April 24, 2015 and were last seen by Berkshire Farm Staff on April 23, 2015 at 11:45 p.m.
 
Savion Lewallen, a 16-year-old Black male, with black hair, blue eyes, approximately 5'10" tall and weighs 170 pounds.  Lewallen was last seen wearing a black jacket, black sweatpants and sneakers.

Kenneth Love, also 16 years old, is a Black male, with black hair and brown eyes.  Love is 5'07", 160 pounds and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and sneakers.
 
The boys left in an unknown direction of travel.
 
At this time, we are unable to provide photographs of the juveniles.

WILL TAKE PLACE TODAY TO MARK THE ANNIVERSARY. 

STUYVESANT WILL HOLD EVENTS ALL DAY AT THE TRAIN

IN HUDSON CEREMONIES WILL TAKE PLACE TONIGHT

BEGINNING AT 8:30, IN AREAS AROUND THE TRAIN

A BRONX MAN FACES FELONY CHARGES, FROM A REPORTED

THEFT IN TANNERSVILLE, BACK IN MARCH. STATE POLICE

CHARGED 24 YEAR OLD JUSTIN VIGO WITH GRAND LARCENY

OF A CREDIT CARD. HE WAS HELD FOLLOWING HIS

ARREST.

 

 

STATE POLICE HAVE MADE AN ARREST FROM A FORGERY

COMPLAINT IN COXSACKIE. 45 YEAR OLD CLIFFORD

ROBERTSON OF EARLTON WAS CHARGED WITH FELONY

GRAND LARCENY AND POSESSING A FORGED INSTRUMENT.

HE WAS ALSO HELD AFTER BEING CHARGED.

 

 

ROUTE 9H IN CLAVERACK WAS CLOSED FRIDAY AFTER A CAR 

STRUCK A DISABLED TRUCK AND TRAILER. THE CRASH WAS 

NEAR MCINTOSH DRIVE. THE DRIVER OF THE PICKUP, JAMES 

CASEY, OF TROY WAS TAKEN TO ALBANY MED WITH SEVERE 

INJURIES. THE CAR'S DRIVER, TRAVIS MANCUSI OF CLAVERACK, 

WAS TRANSPORTED TO COLUMBIA MEMORIAL.

 

 

CATSKILL FIRE AND AMBULANCE WERE ON THE SCENE OF A 

ONE CAR ACCIDENT YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. THE CAR ROLLED

OVER ON ROUTE 9W, SOUTH OF THE VILLAGE. THE DRIVER

HAD MINOR INJURIES.

 

 

EMERGENCY CREWS WERE ALSO CALLED TO AN ACCIDENT IN CAIRO,

YESTERDAY. THE CRASH WAS ON ROUTE 32.

 

 

WINDHAM FIREMEN RESPONDED TO A REPORTED STRUCTURE

FIRE FRIDAY MORNING. THE CALL CAME IN JUST BEFORE

10:30 AT 5172 ROUTE 23.

MORNING IN PHILMONT, TO ASSIST A FATHER AND SON

WILLIAM DEMAGALL'S THIRD MURDER TRIAL ENDED 

YESTERDAY, WHEN JUDGE JONATHAN NICHOLS DECLARED A

MISTRIAL. JURORS DELIBERATED FOR THREE AND A HALF

DAYS IN THE CASE, WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO REACH A

UNANIMOUS VERDICT. THE JURY HAD TO DECIDE

WHETHER DEMAGALL WAS AWARE OF HIS ACTIONS, WHEN HE

KILLED GEORGE MANCINI IN 2006. THE FIRST TWO

TRAILS ENDED WITH GUILTY VERDICTS, WHICH WERE

THROWN OUT ON APPEAL. IT'S NOT YET KNOWN WHETHER 

THERE WILL BE A FOURTH TRIAL.

 

 

AN AUSTERLITZ MAN IS IN THE COLUMBIA COUNTY JAIL ON

CHILD PORN CHARGES. THE COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF'S

OFFICE ARRESTED 71 YEAR OLD NATHAN MALKENSON ON

A WARRANT. HE'S CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF PROMOTING

A SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD. BAIL WAS SET AT

10,000 DOLLARS.

 

 

ROUTE 9W IN COXSACKIE WAS CLOSED FOR SEVERAL HOURS 

YESTERDAY AFTER A CAR STRUCK FOUR UTILITY POLES.

COXSACKIE FIRE AND AMBULANCE TREATED THE DRIVER

FOR MINOR INJURIES. THE AFFECTED AREA WAS BETWEEN

COUNTY ROUTES 42 AND 49.

 

 

TWO WOMEN WERE INJURED AFTER THEIR CARS COLLIDED

THURSDAY IN NEW BALTIMORE. THE CRASH WAS ON ROUTE

9W AT NEW BALTIMORE ROAD.

 

 

NIVERVILLE FIREMEN WERE ON THE SCENE, AFTER A

CAR STRUCK A UTILITY POLE ON ROUTE 203 YESTERDAY.

THE ACCIDENT, NEAR NURSERY LANE, KNOCKED OUT

A COLUMBIA COUNTY JURY HAS FOUND A MASSACHUSETTS

MAN GUILTY OF D W A I CHARGES. 33 YEAR OLD COREY

DELISLE WAS ARRESTED ON THE CHARGES LAST JUNE IN

NEW LEBANON. HE'LL BE SENTENCED IN JUNE.

 

 

WITH THE COLUMBIA COUNTY FLAG DAY PARADE JUST

SEVEN WEEKS AWAY, TWO MORE CELEBRITY GRAND MARSHALS

HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED. GREG FLOYD FROM CBS 6 AND

LINDSAY NEILSEN FROM NEWS 10 WILL BE PART OF THE

BIG EVENT JUNE 13TH IN HUDSON. HUDSON ELKS

MEMBER DICK LEAVITT WILL ALSO SERVE AS GRAND

A LIGHTNING STRIKE IS BELIEVED TO HAVE STARTED A 

HOUSE FIRE LAST NIGHT ON GAHBAUER ROAD IN CLAVERACK. 

SEVERAL FIRE COMPANIES RESPONDED JUST BEFORE 8PM. 

THE DAMAGE WAS REPORTED TO BE MINOR.

 

 

THE THIRD DAY OF DELIBERATIONS IN COLUMBIA COUNTY COURT

HAS ENDED WITHOUT A VERDICT. 31 YEAR OLD WILLIAM 

DEMAGALL FROM MASSACHUSETTS IS BEING TRIED FOR THE 3RD 

TIME, IN THE DEATH OF GEORGE MANCINI OF HILLSDALE.

THE FIRST TWO GUILTY VERDICTS WERE OVERTURNED.

 

 

A DOMESTIC INCIDENT IN TANNERSVILLE HAS LEFT A

VILLAGE MAN UNDER ARREST. STATE POLICE CHARGED 24 YEAR

OLD DARREN GABRIELLE WITH ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL

OBASTRUCTION OF BREATHING. HE WAS RELEASED PENDING

A COURT APPEARANCE.

 

 

A NORTH CHATHAM MAN IS ACCUSED OF GIVING POLICE A

FAKE NAME, TO HIDE A WARRANT IN THE CITY OF HUDSON.

THE COLUMBIA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE ARRESTED 35 YEAR

OLD JASON SHOOK, AFTER A TRAFFIC STOP. HE WAS CHARGED

WITH CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION AND RESISTING ARREST,

AND HELD ON 500 DOLLARS BAIL.

 

 

A CATSKILL TEEN WAS SENT TO THE GREENE COUNTY JAIL

ON PETIT LARCENY CHARGES. VILLAGE POLICE ARRESTED

18 YEAR OLD ZACHARY SHAHAM ON THOMPSON STREET.

BAIL WAS SET AT 2500 DOLLARS.

 

 

A 27 YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS TAKEN TO COLUMBIA MEMORIAL

AFTER HER CAR STRUCK A TREE IN TAGHKANIC YESTERDAY. 

THE CRASH WAS ON COUNTY ROUTE 27. OTHER ACCIDENTS

LAST NIGHT, WERE ON CARTER BRIDGE ROAD IN GREENVILLE,

AND AT THE BELLS POND INTERSECTION IN LIVINGSTON.

 

 

TWO ELECTRICAL FIRES IN GREENE COUNTY WEDNESDAY. 

CATSKILL FIREMEN HAD ONE 314 WEST BRIDGE STREET.

CAIRO FIREMEN FOUGHT ONE AT 29 SOUTH LINCOLN DRIVE.

 

 

STATE POLICE SAY TWO POUGHKEEPSIE MEN STOLE COPPER

ROOFING OFF A RHINEBECK HOME AND SOLD IT AT A 

SCRAP YARD. 42 YEAR OLD CLARK KOZLEK AND 33

YEAR OLD ERIC JENSON ARE IN THE DUTCHESS COUNTY

JAIL. POLICE SAID REPAIRS WILL COST OVER 130

AFTER A SECOND DAY OF DELIBERATIONS, NO VERDICT YET

IN COLUMBIA COUNTY COURT. THE JURY IS DECIDING THE

FATE OF WILLIAM DEMAGALL OF STOCKBRIDGE MASSACHUSETTS.

THE 31 YEAR OLD IS BEING TRIED FOR THE 3RD TIME,

ACCUSED IN THE DEATH OF GEORGE MANCINI OF

HILLSDALE IN 2006.

 

 

HUDSON POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR THE PUBLIC'S HELP

IN LOCATING A LEVEL 3 SEX OFFENDER. THEY SAY 22

YEAR OLD EL-JALON THORNTON FAILED TO REGISTER HIS

ADDRESS WITH THE POLICE OR THE STATE REGISTRY.

ANYONE WITH INFORMATION IS ASKED TO CALL POLICE

AT 828-33-88.

 

 

POLICE RESPONDED TO THE RIP VAN WINKLE BRIDGE

YESTERDAY AFTERNOON, AFTER RECEIVING REPORTS OF A 

DISTRAUGHT WOMAN ON THE BRIDGE. TRAFFIC WAS AFFECTED

WHILE POLICE TALKED WITH THE WOMAN. SHE WAS TAKEN TO

COLUMBIA MEMORIAL.

 

 

FIREMEN WERE CALLED BACK TO WHITTIER NURSING HOME

IN GHENT AGAIN YESTERDAY AFTER REPORTS OF THE BUILDING

FILLING WITH SMOKE. LIKE MONDAY'S PROBLEM, IT

WAS AGAIN TRACED BACK TO A HEATING UNIT ON THE ROOF.

 

 

ONE PERSON WAS TAKEN TO COLUMBIA MEMORIAL TUESDAY

AFTERNOON, AFTER THEY CRASHED THEIR MOTORCYCLE

IN GHENT. FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS RESPONDED TO

COUNTY ROUTE 9 AT CEMETERY ROAD.

 

 

A DOMESTIC INCIDENT HAS LANDED A CAIRO MAN IN THE

GREENE COUNTY JAIL. STATE POLICE SAY 71 YEAR OLD

HAROLD GOUGH THREATENED ANOTHER PERSON WITH A

KNIFE. BAIL WAS SET AT 1000 DOLLARS.

 

 

HALF A MILLION DOLLARS IS ON THE WAY TO OLANA STATE

HISTORIC SITE FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS. THE MONEY IS

PART OF A 71 MILLION DOLLAR PLAN ANNOUNCED YESTERDAY

BY THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE, FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT 60 PARKS

THE JURY IS DELIBERATING THE CASE OF WILLIAM DEMAGALL

IN COLUMBIA COUNTY COURT. THE MASSACHUSETTS MAN IS

IN HIS 3RD TRIAL, ACCUSED OF MURDERING GEORGE MANCINI,

IN HIS HILLSDALE HOME IN 2006. ALTHOUGH HE'S BEEN

FOUND GUILTY TWICE, BOTH VERDICTS WERE OVERTURNED

BY A STATE APPELATE COURT.

 

 

SOME SCARY MOMENTS YESTERDAY AS THE WHITTIER

NURSING HOME IN GHENT BEGAN FILLING WITH SMOKE.

WEST GHENT AND CLAVERACK FIREMEN WERE CALLED TO

THE SCENE. THE PROBLEM WAS TRACED TO A UNIT ON THE 

ROOF. FIREMEN VENTILLATED THE BUILDING.

 

 

FALLEN TREES BROUGHT DOWN POWER LINES IN SEVERAL

AREAS AROUND COLUMBIA COUNTY YESTERDAY. NYSEG CREWS

WORKED TO RESTORE POWER TO A FEW HUNDRED CUSTOMERS

IN COPAKE, CHATHAM, AUSTERLITZ, AND NEW LEBANON.

 

 

A MAN IN HIS 20'S HAD MINOR INJURIES, AFTER HIS PICKUP

LEFT THE ROAD IN NIVERVILLE AND STRUCK A PARKED

BULLDOZER. FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS WERE CALLED TO ROUTE

9, SOUTH OF THE RENSSELAER COUNTY LINE.

 

 

AFTER BEING CALLED TO A REPORTED ROAD RAGE INCIDENT

ON ROUTE 9H IN KINDERHOOK, A HUDSON MAN WAS CHARGED

WITH DWI. STATE POLICE SAY 43 YEAR OLD MANLEY MOORE

WILL APPEAR IN KINDERHOOK TOWN COURT.

 

 

STATE POLICE SAY A BROOKLYN MAN WAS IN POSESSION

OF SIX DIFFERENT CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES. POLICE WERE

CALLED TO THE STEWARTS ON ROUTE 9 IN KINDERHOOK

FOR REPORTS ON A MAN ACTING SUSPICIOUSLY. 63 YEAR

OLD RONALD MASTRION WAS ISSUED APPEARANCE TICKETS

FOR COURT.

 

 

MONEY IS ON THE WAY TO TWO CONSERVATION GROUPS

FROM THE STATE, TO BOOST TOURISM, AND PROTECT

FARMLAND. THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE REPORTS THE

COLUMBIA LAND CONSERVANCY WILL GET OVER 55,000

DOLLARS, AND THE GREENE LAND TRUST WILL RECEIVE

18 THOUSAND.
