TWO LEEDS RESIDENTS ARE IN THE GREENE COUNTY JAIL
AFTER POLICE EXECUTED A SEARCH WARRANT AT THEIR HOME.
23 YEAR OLD RAHDAI ROBERTS AND 33 YEAR OLD TIFFANY
BRIDGHAM ARE BEING HELD ON 150,000 DOLLARS BAIL.
REPORTS SAY, POLICE RECOVERED 90 GRAMS OF HEROIN AND
FIVE GRAMS OF CRACK COCAINE.


A CATSKILL MAN WAS SENT TO THE GREENE COUNTY JAIL ON
BURGULARY CHARGES. CATSKILL POLICE REPORT 31 YEAR OLD
TERRANCE JACKSON WAS ALSO CHARGED WITH PETIT LARCENY
AFTER BEING ARRESTED ON MAIN STREET. BAIL WAS SET AT
5000 DOLLARS.


CHATHAM FIRE AND RESCUE WERE CALLED TO A ONE CAR ACCIDENT
MONDAY ON ROUTE 203 IN GHENT. A 77 YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS
INJURED AFTER HER CAR ROLLED OVER NEAR THE TACONIC
PARKWAY.


FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS WERE ALSO ON THE SCENE OF A ROLLOVER
ACCIDENT YESTERDAY IN EAST DURHAM. ONE VEHICLE ROLLED
OVER AFTER TWO CARS COLLIDED ON ROUTE 145.


A 50 YEAR OLD MAN IS BEING TREATED FOR HEAD INJURIES
AFTER A BICYCLE ACCIDENT YESTERDAY AFTERNOON IN CHATHAM.
CHATHAM RESCUE RESPONDED TO MAIN STREET AT PARK ROW
AFTER THE MAN CRASHED INTO A UTILITY POLE.


A 43 YEAR OLD MAN WAS TAKEN TO COLUMBIA MEMORIAL WITH
LEG INJURIES HE RECEIVED IN A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT IN
ATHENS. THE CRASH WAS ON ROUTE 385 AT SOUTH WASHINGTON
STREET EXTENSION.


A TRAFFIC STOP ON ATLANTIC AVENUE IN STOTTVILLE HAS LED
TO CHARGES FOR A HUDSON MAN. 26 YEAR OLD JOVAN LEWIS
WAS CHARGED BY STATE POLICE WITH CRIMINAL POSESSION OF
A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE.
HE WAS GIVEN APPEARANCE TICKETS FOR STOCKPORT TOWN COURT.


TWO COLUMBIA COUNTY MEN FACE CHARGES AFTER SEPARATE
DOMESTIC INCIDENTS. 39 YEAR OLD CHAD JORDAN OF ANCRAMDALE
WAS CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL OBSTRUCTION OF BREATHING. HE'S
SCHEDULED TO APPEAR IN ANCREAM TOWN COURT. AND 18 YEAR OLD
MICHAEL GEDDES OF KINDERHOOK WAS CHARGED WITH ASSAULT.
HE WAS HELD FOLLOWING HIS ARREST.

CLOSE TO 4000 COLUMBIA COUNTY HOMES WERE IN THE DARK FOR
TWO HOURS SUNDAY. POWER FIRST WENT OUT JUST BEFORE
11AM AND AFFECTED PARTS OF HUDSON, GREENPORT, CLAVERACK,
AND WEST GHENT. NATIONAL GRID REPORTED THERE WERE AT
LEAST THREE FEEDER LINES DOWN. AREA POLICE WERE
KEPT BUSY, DIRECTING TRAFFIC AT SEVERAL INTERSECTIONS.
MOST CUSTOMERS HAD THEIR ELECTRIC BACK BEFORE 1PM.
REPORTS SAY, THE OUTAGE WAS CAUSED BY A SQUIRREL.


ONE PERSON WAS TAKEN TO COLUMBIA MEMORIAL AFTER A
THREE CAR ACCIDENT IN LIVINGSTON. THE CRASH WAS AT
THE BELLS POND INTERSECTION.


A TWO CAR ACCIDENT IN PHILMONT SENT ONE PERSON TO COLUMBIA
MEMORIAL. PHILMONT FIRE AND GREENPORT RESCUE WERE ON THE
SCENE AT MAIN AND CHURCH STREETS.


OTHER PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENTS IN GREENE COUNTY OVER THE
WEEKEND THAT REQUIRED FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS WERE ON ROUTE 81
IN GREENVILLE, AND ON PHILLIPS ROAD IN CAIRO.


WINDHAM AMBULANCE WAS CALLED TO A HOME ON HICKORY HILL
ROAD SUNDAY, AFTER A 77 YEAR OLD WOMAN WAS RUN OVER
BY AN ATV. THE WOMAN WAS BROUGHT TO AN AREA HOSPITAL.


ONE PATIENT WAS TAKEN TO ALBANY MED BY GREENPORT RESCUE
AFTER THEY FELL FROM AN ATV ON SATURDAY. THE ACCIDENT WAS
ON PROPERTY OFF ROUTE 9H IN WEST GHENT, NEAR LOWER POST
ROAD.


AN 82 YEAR OLD MAN IS BEING TREATED FOR INJURIES AFTER
HIS GOLF CART FLIPPED OVER IN FREEHOLD. DURHAM AMBULANCE
RESPONDED TO THUNDERHEART GOLF COURSE SATURDAY.

 
THE 49 LARGE CATS THAT LINED CATSKILL STREETS ALL SUMMER
WENT TO THE AUCTION BLOCK SATURDAY. THE HEART OF CATSKILL
ASSOCIATION AND OTHER AREA CHARITIES SHARED IN THE
PROCEEDS. FINAL NUMBERS FROM THE AUCTION HAVE NOT BEEN

HIS ARREST IN ULSTER COUNTY. STATE POLICE SAY, 51
YEAR OLD MARK STOLTE FORCIBLE TOUCHED A 45 YEAR OLD
WOMAN'S INTIMATE PARTS AGAINST HER WILL AT A
LOCATION IN WOODSTOCK CALLED MAGIC MEADOW. THE
REPORTED INCIDENT WAS ON SEPTEMBER 10TH. HE'LL
ANSWER THE CHARGES IN WOODSTOCK TOWN COURT.


A 39 YEAR OLD WOMAN IS BEING TREATED FOR INJURIES
FROM A TWO CAR ACCIDENT FRIDAY MORNING IN CATSKILL.
FIRE AND RESCUE CREWS RESPONDED TO ROUTE 23B IN
JEFFERSON HEIGHTS.


A FALLEN TREE CLOSED COUNTY ROUTE 25 IN STOCKPORT
LAST EVENING. STOCKPORT FIREMEN WERE CALLED TO
AN AREA NEAR VAN BUREN DRIVE. NATIONAL GRID WAS
NOTIFIED, AS THE TREE BROUGHT DOWN WIRES.

A CATSKILL MAN IS FACING RAPE CHARGES, AFTER BEING
ARRESTED BY STATE POLICE. 31 YEAR OLD JERAMIE AKERSLOOT
WAS ALSO CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT. THE
ALLEGED INCIDENT TOOK PLACE IN THE TOWN OF CAIRO.
HE'S BEING HELD ON A BAIL BOND.


A BROOKLYN MAN WAS CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION
AFTER A DOMESTIC INCIDENT IN THE VILLAGE OF VALATIE.
22 YEAR OLD RICKY JENNINGS WAS ISSUED APPEARANCE TICKETS
FOR COURT.


STATE POLICE CHARGED AN EARLTON MAN WITH CRIMINAL
POSESSION OF A WEAPON AFTER HIS ARREST ON SUGAR LOAF ROAD
IN COXSACKIE. 39 YEAR OLD PAUL RATHGEBER IS SCHEDULED TO
APPEAR IN COXSACKIE TOWN COURT.


POLICE WERE LOOKING FOR THE DRIVER OF A CAR THURSDAY,
THAT WAS FOUND ON IT'S ROOF IN CRARYVILLE. THE ACCIDENT
WAS ON PREUSSER ROAD, OFF COUNTY ROUTE 11. ARRIVING
POLICE UNITS WERE NOT IMMEDIATELY ABLE TO LOCATE
THE DRIVER.

RIVER FROM FUTURE FLOODING. THE PROJECTS ARE FUNDED
BY THE STATE'S ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FUND. SEVERAL
COOPERATIVE EXTENSIONS IN THE HUDSON VALLEY ARE HOLDING
WORKSHOPS ON STREAM MANAGEMENT AND FLOOD RESILIENCE.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON IN CATSKILL. RESCUE CREWS RESPONDED TO
THE 400 BLOCK OF MAIN STREET.


FIRE DESTROYED A CAR'S ENGINE COMPARTMENT IN CATSKILL
LAST EVENING. CATSKILL FIREMEN WERE ON THE SCENE, IN A PARKING
LOT AT THE CORNER OF ROUTES 23 AND SPRING STREET.


COLUMBIA COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT IS WARNING RESIDENTS
OF A LARGE SCALE DRILL ON SATURDAY. THEY SAY, THE EXERCISE
WILL TAKE PLACE IN LIVINGSTON AND AT COLUMBIA MEMORIAL
HOSPITAL, INVOLVING EMERGENCY SERVICES, LAW ENFORCEMENT,
AND THE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT. RESIDENTS MAY EXPERIENCE
TRAFFIC PROBLEMS SATURDAY AROUND THE HOSPITAL AND IN
